Joe Paddock

Joe grew up in western Pennsylvania moving his family to Arizona in 1983. He earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (1980/1982). His Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership was completed through Northern Arizona University in 1995.

Following a 34 year career in the Amphitheater School District, Joe joined the AIA in July, 2017. While in the Amphitheater District Joe taught History, Government, Economics and other Social Studies courses. His coaching included football, boys and girls basketball, wrestling, tennis, baseball and softball. During his time as an Administrator in the Amphi District he earned his Certified Masters Athletic Administrator (CMAA – 2009) and was named 4A Athletic Director of the Year by the AIAAA in 2016.
